Return Policy

Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Damaged Artwork
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. To avoid accidentally furthering the damage to your purchased goods, leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional or art handler.

If you notice damage upon unpacking your purchased goods from J. Sibbett Creative, contact us via email at jsibbettcreative@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. Submitted information will be inspected to determine if products were damaged before, during or after shipment.

If J. Sibbett Creative determines that purchased goods were damaged in transit, in some cases a partial refund or credit towards future website purchases will be issued. Please be aware, however, that this is not our normal practice and will be determined on a case by case basis.

Refunds (if applicable)

It is our aim to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase or commissioned work. While each partial refund is handled on a case by case basis, this may not always suffice. In some cases a credit for a future purchase may be substantiated. In terms of commissioned works, please refer to the signed contract received during the consultation process. Information regarding payment and warranted credits/refund qualifications can be found there.
