About the Artist
Jeff Sibbett holds his roots in Fayetteville, North Carolina, having transplanted to Lancaster, Pennsylvania permanently since 2003. The middle child of two other siblings, he exhibited an aptitude for drawing early on which blossomed in his teenage years.
Jeff is a self-taught artist, creating mainly in the avenue of abstract and multimedia arts. His artistic ability in the areas of figure drawing, sculpture and graphic design helped to earn himself an art scholarship to Lee University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Education in 1999. He is proficient in a variety of media, including acrylic paint, watercolor, photography, collage and sculpture. Many of his works are inspired by industrialism, line fluidity, texture and chemical processes, furthermore, characterized with both bright and deep color palettes, as well as unorthodox techniques.
